As the CEO's right-hand man, the CoS is the strategic and operational linchpin and trusted advisor, coordinating the flow of information and oiling the gears to ensure the smooth, aligned implementation of Exthand's growth strategy.
Main Tasks
Operational support
- Provide operational support (schedules, meeting, tools, …) ;
- Serve as liaison with staff and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning;
- Support Exthand’s leadership team in developing appropriate reporting, communication and operations in order to accelerate the process towards growth, development and commercial targets ;
- Contribute to HR development : find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them, support HR processes.
Intern communication and representation
- Facilitate and cascade internal and external stakeholder communications regarding key decisions, information and strategic direction;
- Build strong relationships with other managers / departments to allow for cross-functional partnership ;
- Represent Exthand’s leadership team in external meetings as requested.
Advice and strategic support
- Act as an advisor to the CEO on both strategic and tactical matters ;
- Act as an extension of the CEO in appropriate settings to oversee meetings or entire projects
- Oversee strategic cross-departments business initiatives from development through successful execution :
- OKR follow-up and reporting ;
- Cross-departments communication and reporting.
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure.

Training & Profesionnal background
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration (Solvay, HEC,…) or similar field with 5 years’ experience in building/leading a start-up with a focus on operations management;
- Communication management experience with a focus on projects management;
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
Technical skills
- Minimum knowledge of the business sector (Finance)
- Basic financial knowledge

- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Language skills: English - French
